Dan (the working man) Program
A program built for my friend Dan. He has a young child and works long hours in front of a computer. The aim of this program is to introduce a little more movement into your everyday life as well as hitting the gym 1-3 times per week.
The Main Program
Ideally you want to get three workouts in a week but as a minimum you need to get one.
Movement Snacks
Got 2-15 minutes to squeeze in some movement. Pick one of these and get going. You’re body (and mind) will thank you.
