FEEDBACK
Be confident in the execution of exercises - receive detailed video feedback with clear explanations of how to perform each exercise. This also informs all future programming and serves to track progress.

Knowing how difficult it is to manage work and life alongside training, I'm here to support you in anyway I can. In addition to our scheduled monthly call, I am on hand via WhatsApp.
