A1: Dumbbell Lunges (not barbell like the video) Step downs with a weight
3 x 10-12 reps
Add as much weight as possible, try to load up the front leg maximally to activate the quads and into the glutes too.
C1: Heel raise goblet squat
3 x 20-25r
If we can’t load loads of weight we can destroy those legs with reps! Elevate the heels to make it feel good and get a minimum of 20 reps. You can push to 35 if you want all out destryction.
D1: Calf raises
2 x 25r
Burn!!
D2: Toe (tib fib) raises
