Day 2 - pulsing
Side to side neck. Side bends. Alternating Scap rolls. Hands pulsing back as the lift. Cactus.
Day 3 - banded forever (the easy way, and the hard way)
Facing away overhead, jesus, inverted Y
Facing towards the pull-up bar same as above 10, 10, 10
Day 4 - teacups
Day 5 - Strict CARs
Day 6 - I’ve got a stick and I’m not afriad to use it
Scap rotations with stick raising. Single Arm shoulder CARs with the stick
Day 7 - floor work with a little jesus
Scap circles, scap circles with down dog if wanted, kneeling or prone swimmers with pec stretches
