The focus for both of these is developing strength through the feel good range - so don’t try to go into the end range, try to make this difficult by using a thick band or stepping far away from the anchor point.
A2: Standing Active IR Banded

Use which ever version to get a full 20s! Use a metronome or stopwatch
MUST DO! BREATHING FINISHER
1 minute minimum breathing with legs up in a super comfortable position.
Stay for as long as you can thinking about being heavy and sinking into the floor.
Breath for a count of 3 on the inhale, and 6 on the exhale.
