ASSESS
It starts with a comprehensive assessment of your strength, mobility and fitness to get a complete picture of where you are right now.
TAILORED
Each session is then tailored to your body as it is now and where we want it to be. Training is phased to allow you to make progress
HOMEWORK
Get individualised homework to do between sessions to keep the gains coming - adapted to the time and materials you have available.
SUPPORT
Knowing how difficult it is to manage work and life alongside training, I'm here to support you in anyway I can. In addition to our scheduled monthly call, I am on hand via WhatsApp.

I began my own fitness journey in my 30s, grappling with the same hurdles many of you face today: the difficulty of building flexibility, gaining strength, and maintaining motivation. Through years of research and personal experience, I’ve developed a system that cuts through the noise and gets to the heart of what really works.
A Holistic Approach Tailored to You
The contemporary fitness landscape is saturated with fleeting trends and short-term solutions, which focus more on selling than they do on helping people transform their bodies. These approaches overlook the fundamental principles of health and wellness, favouring quick fixes and the latest hack. Unfortunately none of them are grounded in either science or a solid practice. Consistent, well-planned and progressively challenging work is the key to transforming your body - and that is exactly what my personal training with me looks like.
Support
I’ve helped 100s of people transform what they are capable of. And more often than not it involves small (and sometimes big) changes in daily life. For this reason I often work with people to review their good and bad habits and work out ways to align them with a healthier lifestyle.
Grow old gracefully
Perhaps the least sexy element of my approach is my underlying aim to get everyone who trains with me to grow old in a healthy body. This means including joint care, balance work and hypertrophy (muscle building) where necessary.
Where?
If you’re lucky enough to be in Barcelona I teach from a beautiful studio at Pujades 68. If not I offer Personal Training through video call.

Where & How
For in-person work I work either from your apartment (if based in Poblenou, Barcelona) or from a studio right next to Bogatell metro station. For online work all you need is an internet connection and a phone, tablet or laptop.
