Hi Robin! I’m Unai, a friend of Nestor’s. I think he told you that I’d text you :)I’m looking for a PT in Barcelona to work with me starting December (I’m gonna be out most of November). My goals are to:- Increase strength, get leaner, all that- Prevent injuries. I’m currently recovering from a shoulder injury and it really really sets me back when I have to stop for a while.- Gain mobility, as I’ve always struggled with that and it’s time to do something about itAs of now I do strength training 3 times a week, and I surf every time I have a change, that’s between 1 or 5 times a week depending on the season 😄I am looking for someone to guide my plan as I feel like now I’m just “lifting weights” without a clear purpose tbh.
